Have ummed and arrhed about this for some time anyway here goes. Last year I had a call from the man that writes the McCoys guide to the sex industry, asking if I would like a review in his latest book, he offered to come over to my place to show me what he did and how he could help my business. So far so good, I set aside some time in the morning for the meet. This bloke turned up who resembled what I can only refure to as the dirty raincoat brigade. On arrival he asked if I recognized him, errm, nope says I. Anyway after making room in my lounge for his inflated ego and briefcase full of his books - he explained that in return for a free session in my boudoir he would give me a good review in his latest book. He even went as far as telling me how parlours and agency’s offer one of their best workers in order to gain his reviews. Hello, exploitation comes to mind in its lowest form. His presence started to infuriate me and his manner, which was course and definitely unvarnished, excuse the pun. As I ushered him out with a thanks but no thanks matey he grumbled somthing about wasting his time, bloody cheek! I’m sure when the man from the Michelin guide comes round he doesnt expect a free meal with wine in return for a good review! The McCoys unvarnished truth to the sex industry, my ASS.
Putting a differant light on reviews, all is not always as it seems.

Stick by your principals. This industry needs strong opinionated people who won’t take shit from anyone.
